ISBE HAS NO AUTHORITY TO PULL SCHOOL CHARTER
ISBE HAS NO AUTHORITY TO take away a charter or funding from a school. Only legislation can whom 7 legislators below proved that in the video below,,
Also, Executive Orders are not enforceable, They are not a law also discussed by Darren Bailey & 6 other legislators.
So the executive order is not a law-Mask mandate is not a law-and in the ISBE code it is also not a law,
So until you can show where any school that wants to go optional can lawfully have a charter & funding taken away over a mask. So schools can go optional masks. How many more kids' lives will you destroy by forcing them to wear masks this year? BELOW ARE SEVERAL REASONS SCHOOLS CAN GO OPTIONAL

ISBE TITLE 23 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE FIRST OF 3 This is the procedure for recognition status.
Unmasking the Latest Mask Mandate Video w/Reps Caulkins, Halbrook, Miller,v Niemerg, Wilhour, and Sen Bailey
5ILCS 5-5/2-3.25 Under title 23 of Administrative Code (20 ILCS 2305/) Department of Public Health Act. (Part 1)
______________________________________
The State Board of Education may delegate to the State Superintendent of Education the authority to act on the Board's behalf, provided such delegation is made pursuant to adopted board policy or the powers delegated are ministerial in nature. The State Board may not delegate authority under this Section to the State Superintendent to (1) non-recognize school districts, (2) withhold State payments as a penalty, or (3) make final decisions under the contested case provisions of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act unless otherwise provided by law.
The Superintendent cannot alter recognition status or withhold payments. She cannot exercise that authority on her own under any circumstances. I am not sure why Timothy Christian School did not defend themselves. There are other arguments too but this is pretty clear the Superintendent cannot do this unilaterally
Thanks
