ISBE HAS NO AUTHORITY TO PULL SCHOOL CHARTER 

• ISBE can not take away a charter or funding from a school. Only legislation can whom 7 legislators below proved that in the video below,,

• Also, Executive Orders are not enforceable, They are not a law also discussed by Darren Bailey & 6 other legislators.

•  So the executive order is not a law-Mask mandate is not a law-and in the ISBE code it is also not a law,
